Information we collect

• Information you give us — for example your name, work email, business website, industry, and anything you tell us about your business when you request a custom demo, your preferred time if you request a call, numbers you entered in our ROI calculator, and anything you include when you email us.
• Usage information — basic, aggregated information about how visitors use the site (such as pages viewed and whether the film was played), collected with privacy-focused analytics. We do not use advertising cookies.
• Technical information — our hosting provider may log standard request data such as IP address, browser type, and the time of a visit, for security and reliability.

The film on this site is pre-recorded. Playing it does not record anything from your device.

How we use information

• To respond to your demo request and, if you ask for one, schedule a call with you
• To build a sample AI receptionist for your business, using publicly available information from your website and the details you send us
• To provide, maintain, and improve our services
• To communicate with you about your account or project

We do not sell your personal information.

Text messaging and mobile information

If you agree to receive text messages from us, we use your mobile number only to send the messages you agreed to receive. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with or sold to any third parties or lead generators. Information may be shared only with the service providers that help us deliver messages (such as our messaging platform), and only for that purpose.

Service providers

We use trusted providers to run the site and our services—for example website hosting, form processing (Web3Forms), email, scheduling, analytics, and voice and messaging platforms. They may process information on our behalf only to provide those services to us.

Data we process for our clients

When we run an AI receptionist or follow-up system for a business, we process information about that business’s callers and leads on the business’s behalf and under our agreement with them. That business’s own privacy policy explains how it uses that information.

Retention and security

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and use reasonable safeguards to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to stop contacting you, by emailing info@caliberworkflows.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law; we will honor requests as required.

Children

This site and our services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children.
